How do I know which Till or Credit Card Roll I need?

To help you work out which paper roll you need you can:

- or just follow these two simple steps ...

Step 1

Measure your till roll in millimetres across the width (dimension 1) and across the diameter of the roll (dimension 2):

Step 2

Work out the Paper Type you need:

A - The roll has a shiny surface and there is only one copy of the receipt  = Thermal Paper

B - The roll has a matt surface and there is only one copy of the receipt   = Grade A Paper

C - The roll has a matt surface and there are two copies of the receipt     = Two Ply Paper

D - Your terminal doesn't need a ribbon and there are one or two copies = Action Paper

If you make a note of dimensions 1 and 2 then click on the type of paper on A, B, C or D it will take you to the right page.

Example:

Dimension 1:    57mm
Dimension 2:    50mm
Paper Type  :    Shiny surface, only one copy = Thermal Paper

= 57 x 50 Thermal
