When buying online you should ensure that you are using a reputable company and that your rights are protected.  You should make yourself aware of the Office of Fair Trading regulations which cover buying online, details of which can be found at:

When you buy from us we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we make the following promises to you:

Approval Procedure:

A 50% deposit is required on all new orders.

When you decide to purchase printed carrier bags they are custom made and personalised for you. There are four stages to this:
1 - We will send you a quotation for the size and type of bag you require.
2 - When you are ready to proceed we will send you
a confirmation for approval to produce artwork for you to check and sign.
3 - We will produce and send you artwork to check in terms of product, sizes, quantities, colours and spellings.
4 - Once you have checked your artwork approval you need to sign it and return to us along with your 50% deposit and production can commence.


Cancellation:

If on sight of artwork you decide not to proceed the artwork and origination fees may still be payable - these are items produced specifically for you.

Becuase your bags are custom made and personalised for you once you have approved and signed the final artwork proof your bags will be put in the queue for production. If your bags have not yet started production then it may be possible to cancel them however there may be cancellation fees and the artwork/origination fees will still be payable. You should contact us as soon as possible by using the contact form or by email.


Defective Materials:

Your goods should be free from defect and fit for the purpose intended.

Our goods are guaranteed free from defects in material or workmanship however because of the nature of some of the printing processes depending on your artwork this may impact upon the quality of your finished bag. We will do our best to advise you of any pitfalls there may be.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with materials or workmanship in any way then please let us know through the contact form or by email.  Please note that the goods will be returned to us at your expense, however if upon inspection at our premises they proves to be faulty then we will replace them free of charge.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by goods which are incorrectly used.

Standard ink colours are used and whilst we will try to match your colour we cannot guarantee an exact match. Standard colours are shown on the relevant bag page.

Your statutory rights are not affected.


Performance:


For overprinted bags delivery is normally within 4 working weeks from receipt of signed approved artwork proof.
For specially manufactured bags delivery date will be given at time of order.

If there is a delay we will contact you to let you know a revised delivery date.


Privacy:

We will never pass on any of your details to any third party.


Security and Credit Card Transactions:

When you enter your credit card details you are doing so on a secure server. None of your credit card details are retained on our server other than for the purposes of processing your order.


Law applicable:

The Contract shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.


Complaints:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and shopping experience with us but if you are dissatisfied in any way at all then we want to know about it.

Any complaints will be acknowledged within 5 days giving details of the contact within our organisation who is dealing with your problem.
